Morfydd Clark was born on March 17, 1989, in Sweden, but when she was 7, she moved with her family to Penarth, Wales, where her mother decided to be a pediatrician, and her Northern Irish Glaswegian father became a software engineer. While she was in Penarth, she and her sister decided to enroll in a Welsh-language school; she was soon diagnosed with dyslexia and ADHD; when Clark was 14, taking pills resulted in serious depression, and 2 years later, her mother asked her to leave school.
She was reared outside Cardiff, she could speak Welsh fluently and dropped out of school at 16 to become present at her uncle’s farm for a year; her mother motivated her to test acting since Morfydd was interested in acting when she was a kid; she also participated in the Youth Music Theatre’s production “According to Brian Haw.” She accepted her mother’s recommendation and made a formal application to the National Youth Theatres of both Wales and Great Britain and the Welsh National Youth Opera. The actress was not interested in school and left it when she was just 16. She found out she was not interested in following academic studies. When she completed high school, she rapidly became a part of the world of acting.
